He served as the Chief Fellow in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Pennsylvania State University in 2005-2006.

Dr. Veliuona is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He is credentialed at all UPMC Hospitals, Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center and is an owner of Harrisburg Endoscopy & Surgery Center.
