Initial Visit
We are not affiliated with UPMC, so to assist in your care we ask that you bring the following:
- Your insurance cards
- Photo identification
- Complete list of current medications including dosing
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Co-pays are due at the time of service.
During Your Visit:
- Review your medical history and current symptoms
- Prescribe necessary medications
- Order any procedures, x-ray/imaging, or follow up appointments
- No testing will be performed at the time of your office visit
No preparation is required for the initial visit unless specified by our office. Please take your normal medications.
